About the Course
The Department of Health Research (DHR) is committed to upgrading the skills of faculty, students, and mid-career scientists across India. Under this initiative, ICMR-NIRRCH Mumbai is conducting a 4-week training programme on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health Research.
Program Format: Interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on labs,
panel discussions, group activities, and assignments.
Eligibility
- Faculty from medical colleges, research institutions, MRHRUs, IMRUs
- MBBS / MD / MDS / MPharm / BDS / BAMS / PhD candidates
- Candidates from north-east, semi-urban and rural regions encouraged
Note: Applications must be forwarded through proper channel with
NOC from the Head of Department.

- Online Applications: 1st – 16th March 2026
- Selection Results: 31st March 2026
- Course Duration: 4th – 29th May 2026
Fee & Accommodation
- No course fees
- Refundable deposit: ₹2000
- Shared lodging available for outstation participants (nominal cost)
- Travel and food expenses to be borne by participants
